• Carsparkingairport.co.uk operates as a booking agent for independent car park service providers or operates its own parking facilities

• When you book through us, a contract is formed between you and the service provider (if applicable), subject to these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and your payment is successfully processed.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all details entered during the booking process (including vehicle registration, dates, and times) are correct.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

4. Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

• You must adhere to the specific instructions provided in your confirmation email regarding vehicle drop-off and collection.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the car park/airport with sufficient time to catch your flight. We accept no liability for missed flights.

5. Vehicle Inspection and Liability

• The service provider accepts liability only for proven negligence resulting in damage or loss to your vehicle while in their custody.

• You must inspect your vehicle upon collection and report any damage to the staff before leaving the premises. Claims made after leaving the facility will not be entertained.

• All loose items and valuables should be removed from the vehicle before handover. We do not accept liability for items left inside the car.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
