Thank you for booking your airport parking with Carsparkingairport.co.uk. We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
Flex/Can-Cancel Bookings: If you purchased a flexible or cancellable booking, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 or 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off time for a full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fees, if applicable).
Non-Flexible Bookings: Bookings labeled as “Non-Refundable,” “Super Saver,” or “Promo” cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.
To request a cancellation and refund, you must notify us in writing before the cancellation deadline:
Email your request to: Info@Carsparkingairport.co.uk
Please include your Full Name, Booking Reference Number, and Vehicle Registration in the email.
Once approved, refunds will be credited back automatically to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the car park or do not utilize the booked service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Early Returns: No refunds or partial adjustments will be made if you collect your vehicle earlier than the booked return date.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will try our best to accommodate amendments, refunds for cancellations inside the standard deadline due to airline issues are not guaranteed unless flexible booking protection was purchased.
